One of the reasons why the Mawar pisang goreng stands out above the rest is because they use some of the best banana they can get with the banana coming all the way from Perak to Johor Bahru.
They cook it with specially coated batter and fried before serving with their special dipping sauce.
It's so satisfying to taste the crunchiness with the sweet and salty flavours topped off with a mild chilli burn from the sauce.
